Answers instead of questions
There are three reasons why an agency is asking to much:
1. The agency is acting responsibly, it won´t make mistakes and is asking for background information. That´s well done, but expensive for the client.
2. The agency has an fluctuation problem and has to ask same questions twice and more. That´s bad.
3. The agency is not common with the branch and tries to avoid own investigations. This is good and bad for the client. The agency is cheap (good), but ties up capacity on clients side (bad).
planet weco does´nt ask much but investigates for itself. Because a good agency should deliver answers, which are new and innovative. (Yes, you are right: planet weco is also avoiding fluctuation.)
